Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your Home Delivery order is carefully dispatched to you and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your item(s), you are asked to follow the procedure below.

Please note: returned item(s) must be in their original condition, in the re-sealable bag in which they were dispatched to you and returned within 60 days of you receiving them. We will process your return and any appropriate refund within 30 days of receipt.

All item(s) must be returned to the Clarks Distribution Centre in the UK by one of the methods below. Item(s) should not be returned to a Clarks store. Clarks stores will not be able to refund or exchange your unwanted item(s). This is because Clarks stores in Europe are Franchise businesses and therefore not obliged to take returns from customers who have purchased directly from Clarks International.

TNT returns: Free collection service

Our partner for handling the delivery and return of your item(s) is one of the world’s most reliable couriers, TNT. We offer a free service which allows you to arrange for TNT to pick up any item(s) that you wish to return, from an address of your choosing.

Should you wish to return an item, you can arrange this from your ‘My Account’ page. On your My Account page, you should click on the ‘My Orders’ link. On this page, you will see a list of any orders that you have placed, along with the current status of that order: Submitted, Picking, Despatched or Completed. Clicking on an Order Number in this list will bring up further details of that order, including the items ordered and payments made.

While looking at an order in this way, you will see a button labelled ‘Return Items – Click here to book collection’. To go ahead and request a collection, simply click this button.

The following page is a pre-completed form, containing your last known contact and delivery details. You may edit these if you wish to have your parcel collected from a different address or if you would like to use a different contact telephone number. You can specify the preferred date of collection and add any further instructions necessary. Please note that collections will only be made Monday to Friday. Free collection is not available at weekends or on public holidays.

Once you are happy with your collection and contact details, clicking the ‘Submit’ button will send your request through to TNT. You will be contacted shortly afterwards by a TNT representative who will confirm the details of your collection.

To prepare your item(s) for collection. On the delivery note that was supplied with your order, you will find a returns address label. Please fasten this label to your package, being sure to cover your own delivery details. Then please complete the ‘Returns Form’ which can be found at the bottom of the delivery note. Once completed, please detach the form and return this alongside your items. Please return your item(s) and Returns Form in the re-sealable packaging in which they were originally dispatched.

Return by Post

We would advise that you make use of the free TNT returns collection service. However, you are welcome to return items by regular post if you prefer. Please note that this service is not free and you will be required to pay any postage costs incurred.

When returning an item by post, please ensure that you complete and include the ‘Returns Form’ with your items. The Returns Form can be found and detached from the bottom of the Delivery Note that was supplied with your order. Please place the Returns Form and your item(s) in the re-sealable bag in which your items were originally dispatched. On the delivery note, you will find a returns address label. Please fasten this label to your package, being sure to cover your own delivery details.
