The new designer collection is here
From the slipper created by Cyrus and James Clark back in 1825 to our invention of the first foot-shaped shoe; from the launch of the iconic Clarks Desert Boot to the debut of the asymmetric, ergonomic and idiosyncratic Trigenic Flex, Clarks have always innovated. And we’re naturally drawn to others who innovate. Like Christopher Raeburn.
Since launching his fashion line in 2008, the British designer’s pioneering approach to remaking and reworking materials into something modern and relevant has seen his utilitarian clothes win awards and grab the headlines.
Now, in a meeting of like minds, Clarks and Christopher Raeburn have collaborated.
Drawing inspiration from Borneo, its indigenous tribes and jungles, the SS16 collection fuses the shoemaker’s time-honoured craft with a trailblazing design aesthetic. Functionality and fun effortlessly blend. A spirit of adventure emerges.
Launched at London Fashion Week, the Clarks X Christopher Raeburn SS16 collection includes utilitarian boots with recycled soles; elegant, cork-strapped sandals and sophisticated trainers in leather and high-tech mesh.
