How to use the checkout
At the checkout you will see a summary of the item(s) within your basket.
To proceed with the order, click on the green checkout button on the right of the screen.
To proceed with your purchase you will be asked to either log in to your account (if you already have an account) or create a new account, after which you will be presented with the 'Delivery' page.
On the delivery screen please specify the address that you wish your goods to be delivered to *. If this is your first visit and/or your address is not shown in the delivery box, please proceed to step 4 below.
- *Please note that we can only send goods to a valid postcode within the eight countries that we deliver to (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal & Spain).
When you have highlighted your address, tick the 'use for billing address' checkbox if it is the the same as your billing address (you will be asked to give your billing address in step 4.), if not leave it empty and then click on the 'Deliver to this address' button.
Now skip to step 5 below.
Fill out your address details in the area provided. You can enter a building name or number, street name, country and postcode and then press the 'Find Address' button to bring up your address automatically, or click on the 'Enter your address manually' link under the 'find address' buttton to manually enter your address. In either case after specifying your address press the 'Deliver to this address' button .
You will now be shown the latest date when you can expect your parcel to arrive by. If you wish to enter some delivery instructions, you can do so in the space provided (e.g. Leave with my neighbour if I am not in) and then click on the 'Continue' button.
Now you will proceed to the order 'Review' page.
This page gives you the facility to review your order in full prior to purchase. Your item(s), price-to-pay, personal details and delivery details will all be listed here.
If you have any promotional or voucher codes you can enter them on the screen, otherwise if you are happy with your order click on the green 'Proceed to payment' button to proceed.
You will then go to a page where you can input your payment details.
You will be shown a visual list of payment methods accepted: Carte Bleue/Carte Bancaire, Delta, Electron, ELV, IDEAL, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Switch, Visa and Paypal. Choose your preferred payment method.
Now enter your payment details and press the 'Submit' button.
After a few moments, a confirmation of your order will appear on the screen. You will see a reference number (which will also be emailed to you) in order for you to track your order via the My account page.
