Visit your My Account page. You will need to log in to your account. If you don’t remember your account details, please use the password recovery function or contact our helpline.
On your My Account page, click on the My orders & returns link.
You’ll now see a list of all orders you have placed. Under the Order Number heading, click on the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return.
The full details of that order will appear. Click on ‘Click here to return’.
A form will appear, containing your last used delivery details. This is where you can choose your return option: Items can be dropped off at your nearest SkyNet office, posted back to your local SkyNet office (local postage costs will apply) or returned by collection. If choosing collection, please include a valid daytime phone number - as the courier will telephone you to confirm your booking. Please note: the address in this form will be the address your package is collected from.
Enter your customer details and click ‘Submit’.
You’ll now see a ‘Returns Request Confirmation’ screen, please click the link to print off your returns label.
Prepare your item(s) for collection:
- Returned item(s) must be in their original condition.
Place the item(s) in the re-sealable bag in which they were dispatched to you.
- Detach the ‘Returns Form’, which can be found at the bottom of your delivery note.
In the table listing your ordered items, fill in the quantity and reason return code for those items you wish to return. Place the form with your item(s).
- Remove the returns address label from your delivery note.
Fasten this label to your package, covering your own delivery detail. Re-seal your bag.
