We reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, and terminate accounts at our discretion.
We try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate but if there is an error we can change the price. If you pay more than the correct price we will refund the difference to you. If you pay less than the correct price you can choose whether to go ahead with the order at the correct price, or cancel the order.
Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All prices are quoted in Euros. All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges.
Prices of goods on the website may differ from prices in store.
How your order is processed
After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email acknowledgement, accepting your order.
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of an order via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given.
Extent of Liability
Our liability to you for faulty goods, including indirect or consequential damage shall be limited to the higher of the cost of the faulty goods or €100.
Governing law and language
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts unless the laws of the country in which you reside take precedence. If local laws apply and are more generous to you than these terms and conditions then local laws and jurisdiction will be accepted by us.
Deliveries are made to the following countries:
- Czech Republic
- Spain (including Balearic islands)
* * Please note we do not currently deliver to Ceuta, Malta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Madeira, Corsica, Monaco, French Polynesia, French Overseas Departments and Territories and Andorra.
Deliveries to DHL Packstation are only available within our Standard deliver serivice to Germany.
The delivery charge is the same, irrespective of the number of items ordered. The maximum order per transaction is six items/pairs of shoes. You may not order more than two sizes of the same style.
Free standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 08:00-18:00 and will be delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding public holidays. Express deliveries cost 7.95€ and are delivered within 2 working days (exluding weekends and public holidays) in mainland and cities, extended lead times may be experienced on islands or in outlying areas. Orders will be shipped on the same day if placed before 15:00. For more information about delivery times and cost in your area, please view our FAQs.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a free return.

Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm. Lines close at 1pm on 24th Dec & 31st Dec. Closed all day on 25th Dec & 1st Jan.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 60 days of receiving them. You should follow the procedure set out in the Returns help page.
We cannot exchange any goods.
This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
Right to cancel the order
How can I cancel this agreement?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your agreement, you can do so by writing to us, calling 00800 2500 2525 (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm.), or completing our cancellation form to do so please click here. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/despatch has begun.
How Clarks can cancel this order
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:-
We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
We are unable to obtain payment
We do not deliver to your area
A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified
There is a pricing error eg the goods are priced at €6 instead of €60
Accuracy of content
We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product.
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of C&J Clark International Ltd or its representatives, including their licensors and content providers, and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Clarks. You may store, print and display the content supplied only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to publish, manipulate, distribute or reproduce any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website. You may not use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
All trademarks, brands, brand & technology names, unless otherwise stated, are trademarks or registered brand names of Clarks. Without the prior written consent of Clarks, you are not permitted to use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, send, transmit or modify trademarks in any way. In particular the use of visual and textual material on platforms such as ebay, is prohibited.

Clarks make every effort to ensure that this website is free from defects or viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct equipment when using the website, and to protect from anything that may damage it.

We do not hold any responsibility for any site, or its content, that has chosen to link to us.
You may leave a review of a product on its specific product page. We will normally publish product reviews within 4-5 working days of posting, and we will directly contact a customer where a review indicates a problem with a product. If we choose not to post a review we will contact the customer via email to explain the reason. We reserve the right to edit or delete illegal or inappropriate content. We will not later change a rating once set by a customer. You are responsible for the content of any review you post and will indemnify us against any damage. You authorise us to reproduce the review at our discretion and without payment to you.

Once you have signed up for our newsletter, Clarks will provide you with a voucher code worth €10 via email, which can be used on your first order placed on www.clarks.eu. The voucher can be redeemed with a minimum order value of €60. The discount is valid for one year from the date of signing up and applies to full price styles from the Clarks collection, discount cannot be used on any reduced price items. The discount can only be used for online purchases from www.clarks.eu. The discount can only be redeemed once per email account. The discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Should you return the order on which you have used the discount, you will be unable to use the voucher again. There is no cash alternative for the voucher. The voucher should be entered at the end of the ordering process in the checkout and will automatically deduct 10€ from the total order amount.
If you have a complaint about any goods you purchase from us please contact us so our Customer Care team can help you. If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction you can contact an independent, impartial third party who will consider your complaint and help us to come to an agreement.
