We offer you the convenience of having your new shoes delivered to your door and we deliver to addresses in the following countries:
Please note we do not currently deliver to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Madeira, Corsica, Monaco, French Polynesia, French Overseas Departments and Territories and Andorra.
Standard deliveries are normally made Monday-Friday from 08:00-18:00 (excluding bank holidays) and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
For Germany, we also offer DHL Packstation deliveries within the standard delivery service.
Express deliveries are normally completed within one to two working days on mainlands and in cities. Extended times may be experienced for islands and some outlying areas.

Here at Clarks we want to make the delivery process as convenient as possible. We will deliver to any address you choose, be it home, work, or to a friend. If for any reason you want to send your shoes back, you can do so free of charge. For more information see our Returns page.
You can see the status of your order by logging into your Clarks account, clicking on the tab ‘My orders & returns’. You should be able to see ‘My order history’ and a column called ‘Status’ that shows the status of your orders.
If your parcel takes longer than expected, there may be a delivery issue. Please contact us.
If you are not in when our couriers arrive to deliver your order, a calling card will be left. This will enable you to rearrange the delivery for a date which suits you.
